BP2 were instructed on an off-market basis to find a purchaser or funder for a 400 bed student development site located on the waterfront in SA1, Swansea.
The site was recently approved for planning permission and represented a unique opportunity for an investor/developer to acquire one of the prime student development sites in Swansea.
BP2 introduced a number of parties including specialist student operators, construction companies and funding partners. Given the large scale of development, having a GDV of circa £45m, negotiations were complex, but ultimately resulted in a successful sale of the site for one of the highest transacted land values per acre in Wales, outside of Cardiff.
