J-Shed is a mixed use, grade II listed landmark building situated in the SA1 area of Swansea that offers housing, offices and restaurants. Our team acted on behalf of a private SIPP investor who’s objective was to maximise their asset value through disposal. We employed a 2 stage process to first let the vacant unit to Powell Dobson Architects, securing an income stream for potential investors. Once let, we were able to sell the completed investment to a private investor at a significantly higher value compared to vacant possession.
