The popularity of the J-Shed within the SA1 development continues as witnessed by two transactions that BP2 have recently effected. The first of those lettings is to Powell Dobson Architects who have moved from their existing suite into No 2. They have taken a 5 year commitment on a 1,450 sq ft suite together with mezzanine level. This suite is one of the better fitted units within the building.
The space vacated by Powell Dobson Architects has also been let with the new occupier Compare Protect Ltd who have expanded their occupancy within J-Shed by taking this additional space of 2,450 sq ft which is the largest provided in J-Shed.
Director of BP2, David Blyth, comments “These new lettings are indicative of the continuing popularity of the J-Shed and its ability to attract quality tenants. SA1 is still one of the most sought after business locations within the City and its position is likely to be further reinforced as the UWTSD proposals are brought forward.”Added by
