BP2 acted on behalf of Next Colour Ltd to let the final unit of phase one of the prestigious Oyster Wharf development in Mumbles, Swansea.
BP2 have successfully let the unit to Taylors Etc who are an interior design company, taking 3,088 sq ft on the first floor of 512 Mumbles Road, above the newly opened Joules and Seasalt.
